Pet Policies

Pets are welcome at Riverchase Apartment Homes. Residents should refer to the lease for full pet policy details. Key provisions are: Pet rent is $50.00 per pet per month Non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 will be due upon move-in. This additional security deposit is not specifically held for pet related damages, but is held for the performance of all aspects of this Rental Agreement, including any unpaid rents, late fees, charges, and damage assessments. Resident assumes full financial responsibility for all damages caused by its household pet(s). A pet documentation fee of $50.00 will be due upon move-in. Resident shall not have any mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents or insects, or pets of any nature on or about the Premises, except for those specifically provided for in the lease.
