Drip when temps dip!

When the weather forecast calls for sustained freezing temperatures, you can help prevent water damage to your apartment home and your personal property caused by frozen pipes by being mindful of the following tips:

  • Keep heat on at all times.
  • Open cabinets under the sink in the bath and kitchen to allow heat to circulate around pipes.
  • Allow faucets to drip slowly.
