Creating an Apartment Community

Build a community where you live!

The great thing about living in an apartment community is that it really is a “community”.  It’s all what you make of it though, and here are a few tips to help you contribute:

• Get to know your neighbors – smile or wave at them when you pass or even watch after their apartment when they are out of town.
• If your property has a Facebook page, like the page to keep up with and participate in happenings at your apartment community.
• If you don’t have a neighborhood program, consider starting one by gathering e-mails. Forming a group like this can create that community feel and lead to friendships and fun social events like pool gatherings and summer barbeques.
